HEALTHCARE PARTNERSHIPS
Are you a member of one of the following healthcare or insurance programs? Great! Follow the steps below to join In-Shape Fitness using a Healthcare Partnership at select clubs.
STEP 1
Check your eligibility and register. Make sure you have your Membership ID number. Healthcare Partnership sign-up instructions (if applicable) are listed below for each partner.

Join Online
Click the join link for the Healthcare Partnership you're a member of below.
Join at the Club
Make sure to bring a photo ID and your ID number from Step 1. Follow the touch-screen join process at the Enrollment Center kiosk in the lobby and select “Senior Membership.” An In-Shape team member will verify your membership. The team member can also give you a tour of the club. Make sure you wear/bring your exercise clothes if you are planning on working out right after signing up!
